The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities provides studies (study programmes of all three cycles), research, cultural and educational activities. Our principal is to train highly qualified and broad erudition specialists to the humanities, education and social sciences for Western Lithuania and other regions of the country, who would seek to constantly improve their professional and generic competences and would be able to foster and promote humanistic values. We want our alumni to be open to innovation and to be able to apply the acquired knowledge to practice in different cultural, educational, training institutions, in business and public organizations.
